Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are:

·       Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

·       Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:

·       In order to provide key information of what we can offer customers, we require certain information from them to do so should they wish to proceed, without this information we are unable to give them accurate information. Should we enter into a legal contract with them, their information is used for the purpose of forming a legal contract, sending invoices/statements & being able to contact them about the service provided to them.

How long we keep information

 

Contract information: when you engage in a contract with us for goods and services, we retain that information for six years following the end of the financial year in which you placed your order, in accordance with our legal obligation to keep records for tax purposes or until the end date of services provided to you.

Correspondence and enquiries: when you make an enquiry or correspond with us for any reason, whether by email or via our contact form or by phone, we will retain your information for as long as it takes to respond to and resolve your enquiry, and for 36 further month(s), after which point we will delete your information.
